The Mental Game is Coming to Maestro

We’re excited to announce that Modern Outlook is partnering with The Maestro Method to provide mental performance coaching sessions and on-field coaching for athletes at our Spring Break Soccer Clinic.

Because training the body isn’t enough — the best athletes learn train their minds with intention.

During the clinic, athletes will learn practical tools to:

• Perform under pressure
• Regulate emotions in high-stakes moment
• Develop composure, leadership, and character on and off the field
• Communicate effectively within a team system
• Strengthen individual identity, confidence, and purpose

Through the game of soccer, we help athletes develop Emotional Intelligence (EQ) — the ability to understand their thoughts, regulate their emotions, and compete aligned in mind, body, and spirit.

Their approach blends evidence-based mental performance coaching with athlete mental health expertise — helping players prevent burnout, reduce anxiety, and strengthen resilience early in their journey.

As athletes build Emotional Intelligence, they grow into self-led individuals who step confidently into who they’re becoming. They learn to compete with purpose, discovering that the greatest gift that sport can offer isn’t just achievement, but the experience of becoming fully themselves.
